Founded in 1978 by Bill and Linda Houston, BHCC has carved its niche in the world of concrete construction. The commitment to top-tier workmanship and an innate ability to evolve saw us incorporated by 1983. Our legacy includes David Houston, who joined in 1994, and is now the owner and president since Bill and Linda’s retirement; Debbie Erod, the bedrock of our operations since 1995, retired in 2022 and was succeeded by Brooke Jones in 2023 who has quickly become a valuable member of our team; Holly Houston, the sentinel of our accounts; and Mason Houston, our field operations and marketing maestro.
